No material tag but feels like polyester.

In fair/good condition. The lace and ribbon trimmings are all in wonderful condition. There are two light stains on the side of the dress that may come out when laundered. There also looks to be some small staining on the end of the tie waist ribbon. There are no rips. There are a couple runs/pulls.
