Lily Montez Peach Pink Embroidered Floral Dress Vintage 1950s XS

Vintage 1940s-1950s dress made by Lily Montez of California, from her custom series. This beautiful dress features a sheer pink layer with embroidered flowers, over a cream inner layer with a strapless boned bodice.

This true vintage dress has no size tags. It is very small, so please pay close attention to measurements. Approx. measurements (taken laying flat): 14” across at bust, 11.5” across at waistline. 15” from shoulder strap to waistline, Total length approximately 43” (approx. tea length). Back zipper closure.

The peach-pink fabric is very sheer and delicate. It does have a couple of holes, as shown, and some yellow staining at underarms. The bottom portion of the skirt is a double layer of the thin peach material, made so by a hem about 6” up from the bottom of the dress. Some of that hem is coming undone, so there are loose threads.
