No stretch elastic. Zipper on the side.
You need some space for movement, please measure your chest.

****I put a big petticoat hoop under the dress, you will need a petticoat to get the full dress look.
I steam ironed the dress for pictures, if there are wrinkles after you unpack it, you can hang the dress and set your iron on low setting “polyester/silk” then steam the dress.
